Rush Limbaugh Wants President Obama to Fail

Rush Limbaugh is only interested in getting press, even if it's negative. He's a shock jock. It's unfortuante how he would prefer to bring strife among Americans, then to help bring this nation to a better place. His listeners should realize he is using them. He's not being effected by America's economic struggles. His listeners should realize that he is just trying to be a drama king and instigate trouble to keep his ratings up.

There's something he needs to realize.
We are not going to let President Obama fail. We will band together and help wherever we can, whatever it takes. This is our America. It's not exclusive to conservatives.

Rush Limbaugh is a negative force. He uses religion in a negative way. The only difference between his behavior and the behavior of muslim extremists is the violence.

I'm a born again Christian and I don't subscribe to his point of view. He doesn't speak for all of us, just the ones that use religion as a front to spew hatred.

I'm disgusted with his behavior. However, we live in America. We believe in freedom of speech.

What is Up With These Governors?

What is up with some of these governors? They remind me of MacBeth, with his false sense of security and invincibility. They really think they are invincible. The joke is on them.

Gov. Jim McGreevey admitted to infidelity and a homosexual relationship. He wasn't sorry either. I'm sure his wife was sorry...that she married him. At least she got a beautiful daughter out of it. Here's the long dragged out resignation. I couldn't even get through it the first time. I posted it anyway, in case you want to watch it.


Remember Gov. Elliot Spitzer? He as cleaning up all the corruption and closing down prostitution rings. SuperMan was he? He thought so. All the while, he was going through great lengths to arrange his trysts. He made lots of enemies, which didn't help him later on. He got caught and forced to step down. I watched Elliot Spitzer's apology (or what I call his little song and dance). Felt sorry for his wife. I don't believe for a second he was sorry for his actions, but he was sure sorry he got caught.



That's nothing compared to Gov. Blagojevich. What the? In case you missed it, this is what he said the day before he was arrested:


He's arrogant and definitely has a false sense of security. He gets arrested one day, gets out the next day and goes back to work! As if nothing happened?! Distorted perception of reality, much?

This guy's ship is sinking fast. I have a feeling, he's going to try to take as many people down with him as he possibly can.

Who needs to watch soaps? American politics is much more entertaining. Besides, you couldn't make this stuff up.

Should Wall Street Employees Get Bonuses From Your Tax Dollars?

Do you think that it's fair for your tax dollars to be used for million dollar bonuses? The firms that are were bailed out by our government with our tax dollars will be doing just that. Why? They believe talent should be rewarded or they will go elsewhere. No one is saying they shouldn't get paid, if they only get one check a year. Seriously though, their perfermance was less than stellar. Actually, is was downright dismal. Should they be rewarded with bonuses for having your tax dollars go to bailing out their greed?

Leave it to the GOP to turn a "prayer" into a political rant. Hello? Just because he told everyone to bow their heads in prayer, doesn't mean it was a prayer. The words he arrogantly uttered were in the form of a speech. He was using notes. I attended Catholic School from 1-12. I became a born again Christian in 1991. I've sat in pews for years. I know the difference between a speech and a prayer.

Here are a few things Jim Silante showed Americans:
1. Jim Silante and the GOP are clueless about the issues faced in the US especially urban areas. Why would you mock the idea that this country needs change? This country does need change. Don't know why? Watch these two videos and you'll get a clear picture.
Why West Virginians won't vote for Senator Obama.
Perhaps people with a little more education have different views, right? We would all hope so. Here's Liza Trotta on FoxNews remarking that Osama and Obama should both be killed.

2. Jim Silante admitted : "There is a decent chance that" Barack Obama may be the next president of the United States. Guess what? You just confirmed that Barack Obama is a threat to your candidate.
3. Jim Silante and his party will use any means necessary, even "prayer" to get their desired results. Smear tactics and fear mongering will not work on everyone. Many people do their homework and research the truth about the countless email that circulate spreading lies about Senator Obama.

4. Jim and the GOP must know many people aren't drinking the Kool Aid. With the huge spike in voter registration and primary turnouts they have to accept people are actually looking beyond their own lives and awakening to their social responsibility and power.

5. Jim Silante and his party are out of touch. Here's one of your biggest supporters proving that GOP supporters are COMPLETELY OUT OF TOUCH with the minorities and poor of America.
